Customer Notice, Temporary Store Closure & Shipping Policy
We would like to inform all customers that our physical retail store will be temporarily closed from May 8 to June 6.
This closure is part of a scheduled operational break. During this period, in-store visits, pickups, and walk-in services will not be available.
Online Store Availability
Our online store will remain fully operational.
Customers can continue to browse products, place orders, and complete purchases without interruption. All standard website features will remain active.
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
All orders placed between May 8 and June 6 will be processed but will not be shipped immediately.
Shipping will begin after June 6, and orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
This means:
- Orders are accepted during the closure
- Dispatch is delayed until reopening
- No partial or early shipments during this period
Important Notes
- Order cancellations or modifications may be limited once placed
- Customer support response times may be slightly delayed
- Delivery timelines will extend beyond standard estimates
After Reopening
Normal operations, including:
- Physical store access
- Standard shipping timelines
- Regular customer support
will resume after June 6.
