You have 15 days to request a return. All sale items are final sale.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day if the item is in stock. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Orders ship on business days only. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays once the order is with the shipping carrier.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, shipping method, and order size or weight. All charges are shown before purchase.
Free in-store pickup is available. Customers will be notified when their order is ready, and pickup is subject to store hours.

Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. Approved returns are exchanged for the same item only, depending on availability. Refunds are generally not offered, unless required by law or deemed appropriate. Proof such as photos may be required to approve a return or exchange.
